Design and Display
boAt Flash Plus Smartwatch has a 1.39-inch circular display with an HD resolution. It has an AMOLED display and comes with 550 nits of brightness. You get multiple watch faces options to choose from. The wearable has an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance. It also supports voice assistance via Siri and Google.
Health Monitoring Features
In terms of health features, boAt Flash Plus has a 24 * 7 heart rate monitor, SpO2 sensor, a sleep tracker, and menstrual cycle tracker. One of the attractive features is that it supports stress monitoring. This feature is generally seen in expensive ones but boAt managed to offer it. There’s an option to record steps, calories, distance travelled etc. The smartwatch has over 100 sports modes to track activities such as running, cycling, basketball and more. You also get access to inbuilt games.

Bluetooth Calling and More
It has an inbuilt microphone and speaker, and thus, provides Bluetooth Calling support via Bluetooth v5.1. You can also save up to eight contacts and access the dial pad for easy calling. It also shows you recent call logs. Under the hood, it has 280mAh battery which offers runtime of up to five days. It can provide standby time of up to 15 days. You can charge it completely in about two hours. The other useful features included are remote camera and music controls, find my phone feature, DND mode, stopwatch etc.
