Apple is reportedly developing multiple AI-centric wearables. These include smart glasses, a wearable pendant and camera equipped AirPods. The aim is focusing towards using AI and advanced sensors to create new types of everyday user experience. Apple goes beyond the iPhone, Max and Watch into a broader range of wearables relying on on-device AI. This would extend Siri into “always listening and seeing” hardware. Apple CEO, Tim Cook, reportedly emphasized on Visual Intelligence, a company’s version of computer vision. Visual Intelligence leverages multimodal capabilities of OpenAI’s ChatGPT to offer results.

Smart AI Glasses
Of all new AI-centric wearables, Apple’s smart glasses are going to be the most advanced. They will differ from the competition for its elegant frame including mics, speakers, battery and cameras. It will be available in many sizes and colors to suit the user’s style.
The smart glasses will have an advanced camera system that’s able to capture photos and videos. It will also have a second camera to provide visual information to Siri. The glasses will not include a display in lens.

Apple is planning to develop smart glasses very soon. Apple has reportedly set December 2026 for mass production of its first AI-centric smart glasses.
Wrapping Up
