Xiaomi has launched a new smartphone in India called Redmi 4. It will be made available from May 23 via Amazon India and Mi.com. It comes in three variants: 2GB RAM + 16GB Storage priced at ₹6,999/-; 3GB RAM + 32GB Storage costs ₹8,999/- and 4GB RAM + 64GB Storage costs ₹10,999/-. It comes in two color variants: matte black and elegant gold. Let’s have a look at its features:
Display and Processor
Xiaomi Redmi 4 flaunts 5-inch HD 2.5D curved glass display with resolution of 720 * 1280 pixels. Under the hood, it is powered by 1.4GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 SoC along with 2GB/3GB/4GB of RAM. It houses 16GB/32GB/64GB of storage that can be expanded further via microSD card. It runs Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow operating system.
Camera and Battery
In terms of optics, Xiaomi Redmi 4 sports a 13-megapixel rear camera with f/2.0 aperture, LED flash and PDAF. At the front, it has a 5-megapixel camera with f/2.2 aperture. The smartphone comes with decent camera capable of clicking good quality images. The smartphone is backed by 4100mAh non-removale battery.
Connectivity Features
