Sony Xperia XZ1 launches in India for the price of ₹44,990/-. It is available for purchase at both offline and online stores such as Amazon. This latest flagship smartphone was first unveiled at IFA 2017. The highlight of the smartphone is the Android 8.0 Oreo operating system. Also, it comes with 3D scanning camera. Display and Processor
Sony XperiaXZ1 features a 5.2-inch full-HD HDR display having resolution of 1080 * 1920 pixels. The display is powered by Sony’s Triluminos display and X-reality technology in addition to Corning Gorilla Glass 5. The handset is water and dust resistant and comes with IP68 certification. It is powered by 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 SoC along with 4GB of RAM. It houses 64GB of inbuilt storage that one can expand further via microSD card up to 256GB.
Camera and Battery
The smartphone includes a MotionEye 19-megapixel Exmor RS sensor with 3D scanning abilities. The rear camera comes with 5-axis stabilization and 4K video recording. At the front, it has a 13-megapixel camera with f/2.0 aperture and 22mm wide-angle lens for group selfies. Sony Xperia XZ1 is backed by 2700mAh battery and also supports Quick Charge 3.0 technology.
The connectivity features of the smartphone include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, USB OTG, USB Type-C, GPS and Bluetooth. In terms of audio, it comes with Hi-Res audio, S Force surround sound, stereo recording, digital noise cancellation and Qualcomm’s apt audio software. The sensors on the phone are accelerometer, ambient light sensor and proximity sensor.
