Samsung has launched its productivity-focused tablet in India called Samsung Galaxy Tab S3. It is now available for purchase at offline retail stores and Samsung India site for the price of ₹47,990/-. It comes in black and silver color options. Let’s have a look at its features:
Display and Processor
Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 flaunts a slim built body and features a glass back. The rounded curves make the device easy to hold despite being the large size. The metal body looks gorgeous and it offers a comfortable grip. It sports a 9.7-inch Super AMOLED display with screen resolution of 2048 * 1536 pixels. Under the hood, it is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor (2.15GHz + 1.6GHz) along with 4GB of RAM. It houses 32GB of storage that can be expanded further via microSD card up to 256GB. The tablet runs Android 7.0 Nougat operating system.
Camera and Battery
In terms of optics, Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 includes a 13-megapixel rear camera with features like autofocus, LED flash and an f/1.9 aperture. At the front, it has a 5-megapixel camera with f/2.2 aperture for selfies and video calling. The tablet is backed by huge battery of 6000mAh. According to the company, it offers up to 12 hours of battery life.
S Pen and Connectivity
The tablet comes bundled with S Pen stylus that features an all-new glass design. The stylus comes with 0.7mm tip and 4096 pressure levels. As far as the connectivity options are concerned, it includes 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v4.2, USB Type C port and 3.5mm audio port.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 offers double data offer for Reliance Jio users. This implies 28GB + 28GB per month for ₹309/- and this offer is valid till December 31. Samsung is also offering one-time screen replacement for ₹990/- for tablets bought before July 31 for 12 months from date of purchase. The Book Cover costs ₹2,999/- and the Keyboard Cover is priced at ₹8,499/-.
