Panasonic India has wrapped its latest smartphone under the Eluga Series. Called Panasonic Eluga Arc 2, it is available for purchase at retail stores at ₹12,290/-. The smartphone is a successor to Panasonic Eluga Arc launched in April 2016 in India.

The new smartphone has minimal plastic material, providing a seamless convergence of style and performance for consumers. The metallic body also allows the smartphone to withstand the everyday wear and tear. For Panasonic India, it is a step forward to make our consumer’s life smarter, easier and more stylish.”

Display and Processor
The smartphone comes with a 5-inch display with 2.5D curved glass and a 720p display resolution. The display uses Asahi Dragontrail protection apart from the Outdoor-Pro display technology for legibility in sunlight. It is powered by Snapdragon 410 processor clocked at 1.3GHz. It comes with 3GB of RAM and packs 32GB of inbuilt storage which is expandable via microSD card up to 128GB. It runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system.
Camera and Other Features
Panasonic Eluga Arc 2 sports an 8MP rear camera with LED flash and a 5MP front-facing camera. It houses 2450mAh battery and includes OTG support and an IR blaster. In terms of connectivity, it includes 4G LTE with VoLTE support, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth and FM Radio. The sensors include proximity sensor, ambient light sensor and an accelerometer. The new smartphone includes Panasonic’s new Turbo Download feature that combines Wi-Fi and Mobile Data for quicker downloads.
