A new mid-range smartphone has hit the Indian market called Oppo A83. Priced at ₹13,990/-, it goes on sale at Amazon and Flipkart. Display and Processor
Oppo A83 flaunts a full vision 18:9 aspect ratio display and a 5.7-inch screen. The display comes with resolution of 720 * 1440 pixels. Under the hood, it is powered by 2.5GHz MediaTek 6763T processor along with 3GB of RAM. It houses 32GB of internal storage that can be expanded further via microSD card up to 256GB. The phone runs Android Nougat based ColorOS 3.2 operating system.
Camera and Battery
In terms of optics, Oppo A83 sports a 13-megapixel rear sensor with LED flash and an 8-megapixel front camera sensor. The rear camera comes with various useful features such as Ultra-HD mode to let you create an image of 50-megapixel resolution. The front camera comes with face unlock feature as well. The smartphone comes with Beauty Recognition technology that utilizes artificial intelligence efforts to enhance selfies as well as group shots. It is backed by 3180mAh battery.
The connectivity options of the smartphone include 4G VLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.2, Micro-USB, 3.5mm headphone jack and GPS/A-GPS. It includes rear-facing fingerprint sensor as well.
