The latest android mobile that has entered the industry is OnePlus 6. It is the firm’s biggest smartphone with enlarged 6.2-inch display. It is an Amazon-exclusive smartphone and the starting price is ₹34,999/- for the 6GB RAM and 64GB storage variant. The 8GB RAM and 128GB storage variant costs ₹39,999/-. Display and Processor
OnePlus 6 sports a big 6.28-inch display Full Optic AMOLED display with aspect ratio of 19:9. It comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. Under the hood, it is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 octa-core processor clocked at 2.8GHz. On the software front, the smartphone runs OxygenOS 5.1 based on Android 8.1 Oreo.
Camera and Battery
On the camera front, it is a dual rear camera phone. It has a primary 16MP Sony IMX519 sensor with 1.22 micron pixel size, OIS, EIS and f/1.7 aperture. There’s a secondary 20MP Sony IMX376K sensor with f/1.7 aperture and 1-micron pixel size. It comes with Smart Capture mode to automatically optimize camera settings. At the front, OnePlus 6 has 16MP camera with Sony IMX371 Sensor, f/2.0 aperture and 1-micron pixels. It is backed by3300mAh battery with company’s Dash Charge fast charging technology.
The connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.0, NFC, GPS/A-GPS, USB Type-C and 3.5mm headphone jack. The sensors on board are accelerometer, ambient light sensor, gyroscope, proximity sensor and digital compass. The handset comes with Face Unlock feature that the company claims can unlock the device in 0.4 seconds. It also includes a rear fingerprint sensor that unlocks it in 0.2 seconds.
