Moto G5S smartphone has been launched and made available in India for the price of ₹13,999/-. It comes in lunar grey and fine gold color variants. It is launched along with the slightly higher end specification smartphone called Moto G5S Plus. It can be purchased from Amazon India, leading large format retailers and retail partners. Display and Processor
Moto G5S sports a 5.5-inch full-HD IPS LCD display with resolution of 1080 * 1920 pixels and corning gorilla glass 3 protection. Under the hood, it is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 octa-core SoC clocked up to 1.4GHz. It houses 4GB of RAM and 32GB of inbuilt storage that is expandable further via microSD card up to 128GB. The smartphone runs Android 7.1 Nougat operating system.
Camera and Battery
In terms of optics, Moto G5S has 16-megapixel rear sensor with PDAF, LED flash and f/2.0 aperture. At the front, it has a 5-megapixel sensor with wide-angle lens, LED flash and an aperture of f/2.0. Both cameras are capable of capturing quality moments. It is backed by 3000mAh non-removable battery with 15W turbo charging.
The connectivity options of Moto G5S include 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth v4.2, Micro-USB, 3.5mm headphone jack and Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n. The sensors on phone are accelerometer, ambient light sensor, gyroscope and proximity sensor.
