Motorola on 10 March, 2015 launches its 3G-capable Moto E in Bharat and its price is ₹6,999/-. Motorola’s 4G LTE variant of Moto E (Gen 2) – Moto E (Gen 2) 4G – launch in Bharat later on.
This smart phone comes with Android 5.0.2 Lollipop – a Google’s latest operating system for smartphone. It has 4.5-inch qHD (540 * 960-pixel) display, protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. In the front look it has speaker to above the display and has front camera on its right, also don’t have hardware button.
This smartphone come with black or white band, which are removable and golden yellow, turquoise, blue, raspberry, purple, red color bands also available in market at the price of ₹999/-. In market Motorola Grip Shells also available on golden yellow, charcoal, turquoise, blue, raspberry at price of ₹999/-. So, there is a verity of color available in this smartphone.
Moto E (Gen 2) packs with a quad-core 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 SoC with integrated Adreno 302 graphics, coupled with 1GB of RAM with internal storage of 8GB extendable up-to 32GB via microSD card.
With Moto E (Gen 2) you get selfie but only of VGA resolution, as it has 0.3-megapixel VGA front camera. So, it’s not a good buy for selfie lovers. On the rear camera it has 5-megapixels, but has no flash.
It is packed with 2,390mAh removable battery which can easily stay for one and a half day on a single charge with normal uses and with heavy uses it can stay for one day. You can also enjoy music with its FM radio on the go.
