Meizu M3S was launched in China in the month of June and now, it is made official in India. It comes in two variants and the pricing starts at ₹7,999/-. Display and Processor
Meizu M3S features a 5-inch HD display with resolution of 720 * 1280 pixels, featuring a 2.5D glass protection. Under the hood, it is powered by a 1GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6750 processor coupled with Mali-T860MP2 GPU. It comes in two variants: 2GB of RAM with 16GB of onboard storage and the other one with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of onboard memory. One can also expand the internal memory via microSD card. It runs Android 5.1 Lollipop.
Camera and Battery
In terms of optics, it has a 13MP primary camera with phase detection autofocus, f/2.2 aperture and 5-element lens. The rear camera also support panorama mode and burst mode. At the front, it has a 5MP camera with f/2.0 aperture and auto exposure. The home button of the smartphone also doubles up as fingerprint sensor as well. The company claims that the sensor has a response speed of 0.2 second with up to 5 fingerprints. It is backed by a 3,020mAh battery
As far as the connectivity options are concerned, it has 24GHz dual band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, VoLTE, 4G and more. The sensors on Meizu M3S include gravity sensor, IR proximity sensor, ambient light sensor and gyroscope.
