Lenovo has officially launched its Z2 smartphone in India at the price of ₹17,999/-. It is available for exclusive purchase on Amazon India. The phone is a rebranded version of the Zuk Z2, which was recently launched in China. It comes in two variants: one with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage and the other one with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. Display and Processor
The smartphone features a simple and elegant look. The phone is light and sturdy and offers comfortable use in one hand. Lenovo Z2 Plus flaunts a 5-inch display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. Z2 Plus comes with a fast fingerprint sensor paired with a self-learning algorithm. The smartphone is powered by a qualcomm snapdragon 820 processor coupled with 3GB/4GB of RAM. The phone comes in two storage variants: 32GB and 64GB. It runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
In terms of camera, the smartphone comes equipped with 13MP primary camera with f/2.2 aperture. The company also uses 1.34 micron image sensor to click good quality pictures in low light. The rear camera also supports 4K video recording as well as slow motion video in 720p HD resolution. At the front, there’s an 8MP camera with electronic image stabilization.
Battery and Connectivity
Lenovo Z2 Plus is backed by a 3500mAh battery which also features an intelligent charge cut-off feature. This ensures that the battery does not overcharge. It comes equipped with VoLTE support and the other connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth and 4G.The sensors on the smartphone include gyro sensor, electronic compass sensor, acceleration sensor, hall sensor, light sensor and distance sensor. These pro-fitness sensors allow accurate fitness tracking features such as heart rate monitoring, tracking steps, tracking calories etc.
