At the Lenovo Tech World Event, Lenovo in addition to introducing Smart Shoes has also announced new smartphones: Moto Z and Moto Z Force. Both smartphones differ significantly from previous offerings by Motorola in terms of design as well as functioning. Let’s have a closer look at Moto Z and what special features are coming with this smartphone:
Display and Processor
Moto Z is the thinnest premium smartphone is the world with just 5.2mm. It comes with a big, bright 5.5-inch QHD Amoled display. Under the hood, it runs Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 SoC coupled with 4GB of RAM and a choice of 32GB or 64GB of storage. The internal storage is also expandable via microSD card up to 2TB. The smartphone also features a water-repellant coating.
Camera and Battery
This latest flagship smartphone features a 13MP rear camera with optical image stabilisation (OIS) and laser autofocus. There’s a 5MP front-facing camera with wide-angle lens and front flash for clicking awesome selfies. Moto Z is powered by a 2600mAh battery which can deliver up to 30 hours of battery life. It also comes with support for TurboPower charging that offers 8 hours of battery life in just 15 minutes of charging.
Moto Z comes with impressive features such as NFC and fingerprint scanner. As far as the connectivity options are concerned, it supports Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.1, USB Type-C, Moto Mods connector and GPS. The sensors on the phone include proximity sensor, accelerometer, gyroscope and ambient light sensor.
