The Chinese smartphone maker, LeEco, has launched two handsets: LeEco Le 2 and Le Max 2 for Indian users. The Le Max 2 is more powerful of the two and comes with a massive 6 GB RAM. The registration starts on June 20 from Flipkart at the price of ₹22,999/-. Let’s have a close look at it.
Display and Processor
Le Max 2 smartphone looks and feels premium. The phone employs metal in the build and has chamfered edges with antenna cuts on the top and bottom on the rear side. It features a 5.7-inch QHD display with good viewing angles and sharp displays. The phone does not come with 3.5mm audio jack and USB Type-C charging and data transfer port has been included. It uses Sense ID 3D fingerprint technology.
Processor and Camera
Le Max 2 has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor coupled with 3 GB of RAM and 64 GB of memory. It runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS and comes with LeEco’s proprietary eUI skin atop it. There’s no microSD card slot for further expand of memory. The smartphone sports a 21-MP camera on the rear with f/2.0 aperture, optical image stabilisation and phase detection autofocus. At the front, there’s an 8-MP camera.
Battery and Connectivity
The smartphone is backed by a 3,100mAh battery and supports fast charging as well. As far as the connectivity options are concerned, it comes with a dual SIM card slot, Wi-Fi 802.11ac MU-MIMO, Bluetooth 4.1, USB Type-C and more.
