Lava has launched a new budget smartphone for Indian market. The smartphone is dubbed as Lava X3 and is available at the price of ₹6,499/- in white, silver and gold color variants. Though it is not as beefy as Gionee S6 we covered few days back, but is also cheaper and is geared towards mid-range class. Let’s have a close look at its features:
Lava X3 features a 5-inch HD display with 1280 by 720 pixel resolution. It measures 72 * 144 * 8.45 mm and weighs 141 grams. Powered by 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek processor, the smartphone runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop operating system. It is the second smartphone under the X series offered by the company.
Camera and Storage
The smartphone comes with 8GB of inbuilt storage which can be expanded via microSD card. It features 2GB of RAM. Talking about the camera, Lava X3 features an 8-megapixel rear autofocus camera with LED flash and there’s a front 5-megapixel camera as well. The camera features include motion tracking, panorama, face beauty, face detection, live photo and many more.
Battery and Connectivity
Lava X3 houses a 2,500mAh battery and is complemented by power saver mode to give you ample time to browse internet, stream music and videos and have conversations. The connectivity options of the handset include 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and Micro-USB connectivity. It comes with dual SIM functionality.
