Infinix has unveiled its Zero 5 smartphone for the Indian market with dual rear cameras along with support for optical zoom and portrait mode. It comes with a price tag of ₹17,999/- and is available in champagne gold, sandstone black and Bordeaux red. Here, we take a close look at its features in this smartphone review:
Display and Processor
Infinix Zero 5 flaunts a 5.98-inch full HD 2.5D curved glass display with corning gorilla glass 3 protection. Under the shell, it is powered by octa-core MediaTek Helio P25 processor clocked at 2.6GHz along with 6GB of RAM. It houses 16GB of inbuilt storage that can be expanded further via microSD card up to 128GB. It runs Android 7.0 Nougat with custom skin XOS 3.0 on top.
Camera and Battery
In terms of camera, Infinix Zero 5 sports dual camera at the rear. It has a 12-megapixel rear camera with Sony IMX386 sensor, dual LED flash and f/2.0 aperture. It also has 13-megapixel camera with telephoto lens, f/2.6 aperture, and 2x optical zoom. At the front, it packs a 16-megapixel camera with LED flash. It is backed by 4350mAh non-removable battery with support for fast charging as well.
Connectivity Features
The connectivity options of Infinix Zero 5 include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.2,GPS and GLONASS. It measures 166.38 * 82.38 * 7.95 mm and weighs 197 grams. The sensors on board include proximity sensor, accelerometer, gyroscope and ambient light sensor.
