The HP Elite x2 1011 G1 table is 2-in-1 Windows device that simply transforms from a tablet to a laptop with Ultrabook configurations available. The HP Elite x2 1011 G1 is designed for durability and mobability. The Elite x2 1011 G1 is an 11.6-inch diagonal full notebook PC. The Elite x2 1011 G1 features a smooth lines and lightweight design of a tablet or laptop.

The HP Elite x2 1011 G1 will be providing several configurations running Windows 8.1 Pro, Windows 7 Pro or FreeDOS 2.0 for business needs. The tablet is also offers an Intel Core M-5Y71 processor (1.2 GHz up to 2.9 GHz), Intel Core M-5Y51 (1.1 GHz up to 2.6 GHz), or Intel Core M-5Y10c (800 MHz up to 2 GHz), collaborating with Intel HD Graphics 5300.  The x2 1011 G1 supports 8 GB internal memory, 1600 MHz DDR3L SDRAM.

The 11.6 inch HP IPS touchscreen display offer exclusive wide view angles and will be available with either standard HD (1366 * 768) or Full HD (1920 * 1080) resolution. The storage options include a standard M.2 SSD with capacities ranging from 128 GB up to 512 GB or a M.2 SE SSD with capacities from 180 GB up to 256 GB.

The Elite x2 will be provide all features required by IT departments like TPM (trusted platform module) chip, extra HP security software, and Intel’s vPro technology. It has a reasonable weigh starting at 0.78 kg (tablet); Starting at 0.77 kg (power keyboard); Starting at 0.53 kg (travel keyboard). The tablet include a new Duet Pen which is based on Qualcomm technology, it works as traditional pen and an on-screen stylus. The special HP Folio app allows capturing your paper work in digital form.

The Elite x2 1011 G1 features a Mobile Broadband; + HP hs3110 HSPA; Qualcomm Gobi 4G Mobile Broadband + HP lt4211 LTE/EV-DO/HSPA; Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7265 802.11a/b/g/n/ac (2 * 2) Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0 Combo; Intel Dual Band Wireless-AN 7265 802.11a/b/g/n (2 * 2) and Bluetooth 4.0 Combo; or Intel Tri Band Wireless-AC 17265 802.11a/b/g/n/ac (2 * 2) and Bluetooth 4.0 + WiGig Combo.

The Powerbase keyboard dock provides an additional battery which gives up to 10 and half hours of battery life, DisplayPort 1.2, two USB 3.0 ports and a headphone/microphone combo jack. This tablet provides optional accessories include an industry-first WiGig enterprise wireless dock along with a cover, a lightweight travel keyboard and Wacom pen.
