Google has made its Pixel and Pixel XL smartphones available in India. Pixel XL smartphone is the more powerful of the two and comes with high-end specifications. It comes in two storage capacities: 32GB model costs ₹67,000/- and 128GB for ₹76,000/-. Let’s have a look at the features of Pixel XL smartphone:
Display and Processor
Pixel XL is a bigger size variant and features a 5.5-inch display having resolution of 1440 pixels by 2560 pixels at a PPI of 534 pixels per inch. The phone is powered by 1.6GHz quad-core Snapdragon 821 processor coupled with 4GB of RAM. It comes with 32GB and 128GB storage models which cannot be expanded as there’s no support for microSD card. It runs Android 7.1 Nougat.
Camera and Battery
The camera specifications of Google Pixel XL are similar to that of Pixel. It packs a 12.3MP camera having f/2.0 with 1.55 micrometre large pixel, PDAF, LDAF and full HD 120 FPS slow motion video. It has an 8MP front camera with 1.4 micrometre pixels, f/2.4 aperture and HD video capture. Google Pixel XL comes with a big 3,450mAh non-removable battery.
The connectivity options include 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC and GPS. It comes with a fingerprint scanner and USB Type-C as well. It is a single SIM smartphone and the sensors include proximity sensor, ambient light sensor, gyroscope and accelerometer. It comes with Google Assistant, Google Allo and unlimited Google Photos storage.
