The Chinese smartphone manufacturer, Gionee, has come up with a new smartphone for the Indian industry. Dubbed as Gionee X1, it is priced at ₹8,999/- and is available for purchase at offline stores across the country. Let’s check out its features:
Display and Processor
It comes with a 5-inch HD IPS LCD display with resolution of 720 * 1280 pixels and pixel density of 294ppi. It is just 8.8mm in thickness and weighs 145 grams. Under the hood, it is powered by 1.3GHz MediaTek MT6737 processor along with 2GB of RAM. It houses 16GB of internal storage that one can expand further via microSD card up to 256GB. Gionee X1 runs Android 7.0 operating system.
Camera and Battery
In terms of optics, Gionee X1 includes an 8-megapixel rear camera with auto focus, touch focus, digital zoom, face detection, HDR and video recording features. At the front, it has an 8-megapixel snapper for selfies and video calling. It is backed by 3000mAh battery.
The connectivity options of this dual SIM smartphone include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, 3.5mm headphone jack, Micro-USB port and Bluetooth. The sensors on board include proximity sensor, accelerometer and ambient light sensor.
It is available at an affordable price of ₹8,999/- and comes in black and gold colors. The launch offers include Airtel subscribers getting up to 10GB of additional data per month for up to six successive recharges. Also, the buyers get two Paytm cashback voucher codes which offer them ₹250/- cashback on minimum purchase of ₹350/- on Paytm mall.
