Garmin Forerunner 55 Smartwatch is a lightweight wearable and features a sleek look. It features a 1.04-inch round color display with resolution of 208 * 208 pixels resolution. The smart watch uses a sunlight-visible, transflective MIP panel, protected by chemically strengthened glass. It uses a standard 20mm strap and you can also use alternative straps.

In terms of health monitoring features, the smart watch comes with wrist-based heart rate monitoring, stress monitoring, relaxation reminder, sleep monitoring, respiration rate, women’s health, and more.
