Design and Look
Fitbit Inspire 3 smart band flaunts a bright color display with always-on mode. It is a thin and lightweight wearable that fits naturally on your wrist. The smart band comes with a range of fun colors to brighten your style and mood. In addition, you can also change the look with accessories sold separately. The smartband is water resistant up to 50 meters and thus, you can wear it during your swimming sessions as well.
Tracking Features
The smart band is capable of automatically detecting your exercise and can store up to seven days of detailed motion data. It offers 24 * 7 tracking of your activity including steps taken, calories burned, distance travelled, active zone minutes and weekly goal progress. It comes equipped with an optical heart rate sensor, SpO2 blood oxygen sensor and an ambient light sensor. You can also set alarms to wake you up during the optimal sleep stage.
