Asus has announced the availability of Zenfone 3 Max in India. Priced at ₹17,999/-, the smartphone comes in three colors: titanium grey, glacier silvers and sand gold. It comes with a big 4100mAh battery and has a fingerprint sensor on the rear panel. Let’s have a look at its specifications:
Display and Processor
Zenfone 3 Max flaunts a 5.5-inch full-HD display with resolution of 1080 * 1920 pixels. Under the hood, it is powered by a 1.4GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 SoC coupled with 3 GB of RAM. It houses 32 GB of inbuilt storage which is expandable via microSD card up to 128GB. It runs Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow with the company’s ZenUI 3.0 skin on top.
Camera and Battery
On the camera front, the smartphone comes with a 16-megapixel rear camera with f/2.0 aperture and dual-LED flash. It has an 8-megapixel front camera with an f/2.2 aperture and an 84-degree wide-angle lens. It is backed by a large 4100mAh battery which also helps the phone double as a power bank. The battery is rated to deliver up to 38 days of 4G standby time and up to 17 hours of 3G talk time.
Talking about the connectivity features, it includes 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.1, FM radio and Micro-USB. The sensors on the phone include accelerometer, gyroscope, magnetometer, proximity sensor and ambient light sensor.
