Apple Watch Series 4 GPS in India is set at ₹40,900/- for the 40mm variant and the 44mm variant is priced at ₹43,900/-. The Cellular edition 40mm variant comes with an aluminum case and costs ₹49,900/- and the Series 4 Cellular edition 4mm with aluminum case is priced at ₹52,900/-. The Apple Watch Series 4 GPS and Cellular edition comes available in silver, space grey and gold aluminum case options. The stainless steel case model is available in standard steel finish and in space black and gold color variants. Cellular edition with 40mm stainless steel or sports band costs ₹67,900/-. The one with Milanese Loop wristband is priced at ₹76,900/-. The Cellular edition 44mm stainless steel variant costs ₹71,900/- and the one with Milanese Loop goes on sale for ₹80,900/-.
Design and Processor
Apple Watch Series 4 comes in 40mm and 44mm display sizes. Under the hood, it is powered by Apple S4 SoC having 64-bit dual-core processor. The new SoC and GPU is claimed to offer twice faster performance than Apple Watch Series 3. It runs watchOS 5 and includes an improved speaker that is claimed to offer 40% louder sound and is optimized for phone calls, Siri and Walkie-Talkie. It includes microphone on the right side of the watch. The back panel of the watch has black ceramic and sapphire crystal.
ECG Feature and Specifications
There’s an electrical heart rate sensor in addition to optical heart rate sensors to record ECG. The new speaker is surely louder and comes with excellent clarity and quality. The new Watch has W3 chip, Bluetooth 5.0, accelerometer and gyroscope to detect, register and identify different types of movements. Apple has also added haptic feedback to the digital crown.
